Exhibiting work from a diverse, international community, based in Barcelona and united through an interest in the traditional techniques and craftsmanship that have formed the basis of western visual culture. The exhibition explores the tension and the challenge of uniting these traditions with the artists’ individual voice and experience in contemporary, constantly changing culture; ranging from those aspects that appear timeless and enduring to those of deep collision and rebellion.
